It takes effort to push against the flow of life

To be hungry yet decide not to eat

Not to move or take action

To suicide

What thoughts instruct such behaviours?

This is all contrary to life

Contrary to effortless being

When hungry, eat

When thirsty, drink

When tired, sleep

This is life Itself

Life does this by Itself

Life is living Itself
